திருமணம், அவசர மருத்துவம், நெருங்கிய உறவினர் மரணம்,  வேறு இடத்தில் சிக்கி தவித்தல் ஆகிய காரணங்களுக்காக மட்டும் தனி நபர்கள் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.
Individuals can apply for marriage, medical emergency, close relative’s death or if stranded only.
